As chairman, Jarvis is responsible for the agency's vision and direction. He is recognized nationally for the strategic and crisis communications counsel given to global industry leaders and investors on sensitive matters impacting their business. For nearly 20 years, Jarvis was one of the most sought after federal government and public affairs consultants in Washington. Prior to his consulting career, he served as chief of staff to former U.S. Rep. Harold Ford, Jr. of Tennessee and on the senior staff of former Clinton Labor Secretary Alexis M. Herman.
Jarvis serves on several nonprofit boards, and has been a guest lecturer at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Howard University. He was also founding partner of the Washington Nationals. A native Texan and graduate of Prairie View A&M University, Jarvis lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife Stacey and their daughters Madeleine and Savannah.

As the agency’s social media consultant, Cierra works to amplify public affairs campaigns through social media and brand communications. A proud Spelman College and Yale University Women’s Campaign School alumna, Cierra was a Capitol Hill and White House Chief of Staff communications intern.
Cierra is an instinctive communicator and deeply community-oriented. As Miss District of Columbia in the Miss America Organization, Cierra has dedicated over 600+ hours of community service to non-profits and DC public education initiatives. As a military child and personal witness to the impacts of war, Cierra has volunteered over 150 hours to former First Lady Michelle Obama & Dr. Jill Biden’s Joining Forces campaign. Her story as a military child has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Bustle & People.com. She is the author of a children’s book “CC the Military Kid,” that chronicles her life as a military child through September 11th and beyond college.

Andrew Och is an award winning television and multimedia producer and documentarian with over 20 years of experience. He is the author of "Unusual for Their Time: On the Road with America's First Ladies." Andrew traveled to every home and historic site of every First Lady - Martha Washington to Michelle Obama - for the C-SPAN series "First Ladies: Influence and Image" to document the lives and tell the stories of this remarkable sorority of women. He is a well-known public speaker and commentator on America's First Ladies with the moniker, The First Ladies Man.
Andrew has spent his life traveling the world in search of provocative stories and adventure. He creates effective and thoughtful multimedia campaigns for clients based on these travels, experiences and his unique way of looking at things. Andrew has been a part of election and campaign coverage and programming for cable and network news since 2000. He has been the lead creative force and writer for human interest stories, ad campaigns and documentaries for PBS, Discovery Channel and ESPN. Dionna's love for design began as a young child with Audrey Hepburn and a coloring book. These days she doesn't have much time for breakfast or Tiffany's. With more than 10 years of experience developing, transforming, and enriching creative packages, and leading design teams, Dionna provides strategy, brand rejuvenation, and ad campaign collaterals. Prior to IR+Media, she worked in a design house in NYC, studied fashion design at Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy and Villanova University. "There is no denying that we live in a world, which is dictated by our reliance on machines. With every project I remind clients about the brilliance that is the human element. Prior to IR+Media, she worked at a wide-range of public relations, branding and marketing agencies, overseeing client accounts in industries such as technology, healthcare, life science, lifestyle and fashion. She’s a University of California, Riverside graduate and hold degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. One of her greatest passions is volunteering – lending her time and talents to returning veterans and students interested in marketing and communications.
